Mrs. Rajshree Arvind Gagare is a successful entrepreneur, social worker, inspirational speaker and a dedicated leader for women empowerment. After completing her engineering education, she made a distinct identity for herself in the industry. She then founded "Samarth Mahila Bahudheshiya Sanstha" with the belief that if women in the society are given the right direction, training and opportunities, they can shape their own future and that of the society.

Apart from being a social worker, Mrs. Rajshree Gagare is the Managing Director of Magnaplast Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., a group of companies. She has successfully made her way in the industry based on her experience in the manufacturing sector, management skills and leadership. Maintaining a balance between both the fields of industry and social work, she has inspired many women to set up businesses.
Establishment of Samarth Mahila Multipurpose Organization
Women have immense potential. However, due to lack of proper guidance, training, financial planning and market access, many women are unable to achieve their dreams. Recognizing this need, "Samarth Mahila Multipurpose Organization" was established. Today, this organization has become a comprehensive platform providing skill development, industry training, self-employment, self-help groups, business guidance, digital marketing, government scheme guidance and market to women.
